Just got these yesterday. It's my second pair of Grado headphones. So far, initial impressions are very good.

What's your initial impressions on the MS1i? I'm considering getting one as my first Grado, to complement the HD650.

It is very very good for $109.  I am very happy.  The sound leaks a lot because it's Open Back design so not so good for mobile use.

I'm using this with my Audioengine D1.  It's an amazing headphones for the money.  The highs are brilliant.

I'll have to do that comparison.  The RS1i is priced A LOT more so I'm not sure if it's fair, but still fun.  For Rock music, the MS1 ROCKS!
