I'd be surprised if Ms. Ono allows this to go through without a court fight. I would think that as the widow she would have the right to challenge any transaction that sought to make money off the death of her husband.

Now if I remember correctly, the "Son of Sam" law was overturned, but I would think that she could make it so expensive legally to fight that whoever has this thing would be forced to give up.
