Was looking around for a good album cataloguer/organizer.
I tried CD trustee and Collectorz. Both seem pretty good, and cost about $25. Both of them add cd's to the database by scanning them in the cdrom drive and getting album info from CDDB, I definately like this.

Anyone here using something like this? I'm leaning towards collectorz, it's more professional looking.

Appreciate all reccomendations. I have about 500 cd's and 500 lp's (I think... haven't counted them for a while) so I really want to pick a good program for organizing them.

I have Audiofile by Spinfree and it seems to be a pretty good program. I have about 700 CD's, 200 LP's, and 200 cassettes and haven't cataloged them all, it's quite a formidable task, but Audiofile allows you to scan in album covers, have sound clips for each album, as well as use CDDB for CD's.

There is more info here http://www.spinfree.com/store/
