I love Akino Arai's ballads, they're so haunting and ethereal and overall simply beautiful. Unfortunately, no one seems to carry her albums!

YesAsia.com doesn't have anything on her. The only place I've found them was on Amazon.com for outrageous prices of fifty dollars US or higher.

Maybe some of the Japanese or Asian head-fi'ers could clue me into where to find these Akino Arai albums.

"Kouseki Radio"

Those are the only three I know of, but I'm sure she has more. I hate it that I happen to love the music of an artist who's so obscure! >.<

Uh, YesAsia does have a few of her albums, do a search on the site.

CDJapan, however, has pretty much all of her albums, and is where I usually get my Asian imports from.

have you tried amazon.co.jp? I'm too lazy to check for you, but it's worth it. They ship outside of Japan, assuming you can either read Japanese or figure out how to use it without.
