Okay so to get it out of the way, I already have the Q701's. I also already have alpha pads for my a900x's, which I have reverted back to stock pads.
Since I already have the alpha pads, I might as well go for the Fostex T50RP's. However how does the Fostex T50RP scale to the Q701's? Both cans will be unmodded.
Will they have the same detail since the T50rp's are orthodynamic? Is it better? Worse?
I'll also be using the T50RP's as portable cans.
