So my AKG K550s are about a year old and there is a crack left plastic part The metal adjustment for that side is also loose compared to the other.

I thought AKG was supposed to be good build quality?



Will try to find out how to get warranty service now.

I have that's the point. Never used for mobile use and only used inside.

No other sides have that problem. It appears to be a weakpoint maybe
