Hey Everyone,
 
Love my new K550's but the cable is quite long when on-the-go. I saw this "fishbone" knottless gear tie on Kickstarter (http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/699604098/fish-bone-knotless-gear-tie), do you guys think this would work for cable wrapping or it's overkill?

I just get one of those twisty ties and tie up a good portion of the cable. I would never take the K550 out on a walk, though, so I don't need to keep it all that short. Just enough to de-clutter my desk area.

That tie is definitely overkill, you don't want to bend the cable that sharply anyways. You can use the methods mentioned above or my personal favorite:
