I know these cans need alot of power to sound good.
The only amp I have is my Corda HA-2. Has anybody tried this combo?
Thanks-
John

Good question. PM Jan Meier. If the HA-2 doesn't have enough balls, I'm sure Jan will be willing to sell you an RKV that will really make the K1000s sing!

I don't know about HA-2~~~
But I tried HA-1 and it was just too whimpy to sound the k1000.
Judging by meta42(powered by dual transformer setup) was decent w/ gain value of 10. I heard HA-2 got a buffer in the output, so I guess it 'll better than HA-1, if you tweak the gains in your amp... But don't expect too much...it's just tiny single trans. w/ tiny current output. I think you need A new Amp~~~~

cheers
