just added a 64g card and rescan it, all artists are now unknown. all files turn into unsupported format.
any way with it?

Erase the SD card from AK100ii then copy your files back. The card needs to be formatted with FAT32. Most cards nowadays are formatted with exFAT out of the box.

tried to factory reset but still the same. even internal storage turns to unsupported format.
