Hi,
I just received this unit yesterday. I installed the Android file transfer program and copied a bunch of music to the internal storage. Plugged in the SD card and copied some music to that as well. The songs are there and they are taking up storage space but they don't show up on the player. Anybody else have this problem? The iRiver tech support site is pretty lean. Thanks. Jack.

Tried both. Neither works. I will format the card in Windows to see if that works but my patience with this thing is wearing a bit thin.

Grand Rapids, eh? You ever go to the Corner Record Store?

I've seen it, but I have not been in :)

What size are the cards? Apparently, there might have been some problems with 64GB:

Anyway, I would probably seek help in that thread, and be sure to tell them what all you have tried/done.

I assume you meant 128GB.

Yeah, well, the latest, greatest big flash cards are often a problem with DAPs. I'd research and see if others can confirm that the 128GB make/model card you got works in the AK100.
