Hello,
I own a AK 120II for many years now, and I am thinking about replacing for a more powerful device, and I was thinking about the SR25II, as the 4.4 line out is good enough for my use.
I wanted to know the sound signature and details, maybe someone heard both players and had luck to compare them.
I also have a DX170 but it feels like there is a bit lack of definition and space compared to 120II.
I am waiting to get a new 4.4 balanced cable to test the X170, as it's nod bad and probably the balanced out will be a high improvement.

It seems there are absolutely no replies.
So this is what I found after listening to both devices:
The 120ii has more detailed trebles and more grain in sound, as the SR25 is more round, regarding sound, both scenes, and frequency response seem quite similar except that, I personally prefer the 120II.
