Yay, just got them today. Best headphones I have tried so far and hopefully I can contain myself for a long time.

I've owned CD3K, MS-1, ER4P/S, E5c and the RS-1 is way better.

so you got the Earmax!! Liking it I see, what tubes are utilizing? Just curious, have a modded Earmax myself, and it pushes the crap out of my K 701's and RS-1's!!

Right on man! And now (in the spirit of Head-Fi) you can afford a nice amp to go along with 'em for what you'd be spending on the GS1000 alone. The RS-1 is a fantastic headphone. Enjoy it!
