I am receiving 1964Ears V3 soon with the clear cable which seems to oxidize overtime. I am looking for an affordable cable that improves sound and was thinking the Fiio RC-WT1, it seems like a good cable that is only $27. Anyone have opinions on this cable or anything else similarly priced?

The oxide is merely a cosmetic thing (never heard a significant loss or gain due to the oxidation) and the cable supplied by the vendor (in this case 1964ears) is thick and good enough for all purposes. I suggest you to try it first and then see if it's worth an upgrade. In any case, the fiio cable will oxidize sooner or later as well so there won't be any improvements in that area.
