Sorry slightly off-topic but I tried to google it.
When using the FM radio of a DAP, the headphones are meant to act as the aerial. But previous attempts of scheduled recording of FM Radio (while not present) are always full of crackle, thus I believe the body is also acting as an aerial.
So has anyone invented an aerial that plugs into the headphone socket?

ps. I know there are an abundance of computer radio recording programs, but I turn my computer off and I don’t won’t to wake daily at 5am just to switch the Computer on
