I have two pretty decent bluetooth headsets which needs some external adjustments...

1) Plantronics Pulsar 590 (p590):
a) the mount on both sides breaks off. 1 photo shows that the very bottom of the headband attachment is simply rolled away ... and so on both sides ... a very weak part of them. On 2 photos as it should be. The bolts are lost ( What can be done?
b) it is clear that there are no ear pads ... they just crumbled ... the size is about 52mm. There were full ones in the stock, but I'm thinking about bagels - does such exist? What earpads can I put on them?
c) The headphones band puts a lot of pressure on the head. What can be done to relieve the pressure?

2) Nokia bh-905. The leather (?) cover on the ear cushions came off and the micro-fabric mesh came off on the left side. Any advice for fixing both sides?

I'd check eBay/amazon/alibaba for replacement pads.

As far as the headband goes, you're probably out of luck for repair unless you can glue it all together. One thought could be to take the headband from another headphone and see if you can cobble something together.
