I am upgrading my system, now I have AKGs, the old K340 and a newer K550 MkII. I will buy used this time. For the same money I can get either a T90 or a HE4XX. Which one would you choose? I'm also open for other suggestions. I'm looking for cans that is clearly better than my old sets, moving up at least a whole class.
I listen mostly to classical music and jazz. But sometimes I'm in the mood for stuff like Rammstein, Elvis, Frank Sinatra, Dire Strates, Bruce Springsteen, Karunesh etc.
They will be powered by either Audio GD NFB-15 or the new R2R-11 whch is on its way.
