Hi all,
 
I recently purchased an Asus Xonar STX. I have it paired with Sennheiser 555’s (for now). It was a HUGE step up in musical clarity from my previous SB Xfi.
 
I am relatively new to the Audiophile community though, and have a few questions regarding Computer Audio listening levels.
 
Question:
The computer has a Wave, Master, and even an application (iTunes) volume level. How do you set each one ? Do you max them all out and use the master volume only ? How does this affect audio performance.
 
Sorry for the multi-topic question, but I am a bit confused at this point. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
