Not sure about the time yet, but looking maybe in 3 weeks time. I've sent over 20 PMs to all head-fiers in Adelaide, still waiting for reply.

Cans: Audio Technica ATH-AD700; Vivanco SR 1000 ifl; Sennheiser HD25SP-BA; Audio Technica ATH-AD400; Elega DR-119c (vintage).

Amps: Little Dot MK V; PA2V2; NAD C352 maybe (yes it's an integrated but the headphone out sounds OK).

DACs: Mhdt Laboratory USB Plus Dialogue II NOS DAC; LiTe DAC-AH NOS DAC; Behringer SRC2496 (it's really an upsampler so it can also be used upstream of one of the 'proper' DACs, but the analogue out is OK (and it has a headphone out but it's rubbish)); Behringer DEQ2496 (it's really a sophisticated digital equaliser, which might be interesting for some people in itself, but the analogue out, like the SRC2496, is OK); Xitel HiFi-Link (if anyone cares about it, it's better than basic PC onboard sound I guess).

Sources (all SPDIF out): DIGITALpclink USB-SPDIF Adapter (TOSLINK or coaxial); Xitel MD-Port DG2 (TOSLINK); Sony D-EJ955 Discman (3.5mm optical out).

Other useful bits: 2 × Xindak XF-500 power filter; Goldenjacks inline attenuators -10dB pair and -20dB pair; Rothwell inline attenuators (nom. -12dB I think); misc. cables (nothing fancy although I've got a couple of fat JungSon JPOC-03 power cables).

Hmm, seems like rather a lot of gear now.

I actually cancelled my order on W5000 after reading a lot about Denon D7000.
Looking forward to try stevenkelby's D5000 Marl'd,so i have an idea how D7000 will sound.

I'm also impressed by D7000
what i listen to is D7000 + Rudistor RP010B + Krell Studio Dac + cdm4 cdp
this combination is unforgetable
with Graham Slee Solo, D7000 is also a lot better than 701, especially when listen to piano and symphony
couldn't wait for AUD going up and purchase one

I've read a post sometime ago re: D7000, owner claimed its very close to speakers in terms of imaging. Find this interesting given that its a closed headphones.
