I thought I knew how to do this but couldn't find the option in my personal profile page...can anyone tell me where's the option is hidden?

go to the top of any page, look at the bar with "New Posts" and "Blogs" etc.
Click on "User CP" (CP is control panel).
When it loads there will be a set of option to edit all kinds of things for your profile. One is for profile pic, and one is for avatar. If you've done anything its probably the profile pic which we don't see in the forums and what not. Go to avatar and upload your photo the same exact way.
