Looking for compatible bluetooth dongle that can output via USB so I can use it instead of microUSB cable.

Maybe not a dongle but something like DAP or any other device but that can receive BT signal from my main phone and output it via USB.

Sounds like a discontinued Fiio Q5s/Q5s TC would be the only portable with THX and Bluetooth out side of the M11 Pro and M11 Plus.

I've heard rumors that Fiio m6 has usb audio out, however im not sure if it can receive bt and transmit via usb at the same time

Not just FiiO. Shanling, Hiby and HIdiz all make small DAP that support USB DAC function as well as acting as BT receiver.

Yes, R2 transmits BT signal over USB to Monolith perfectly fine. Awesome little device.
