AD8620 data sheet say minimum voltage is +-5V. However I try in CMoy with single 9V battery, it work.
What is your experience with this chip on 1 batt.,how long it work ?

sometimes a good indication is the ps current vs supply V plot - where this has a "knee" above which the ps current changes slowly with more ps V - also check input cmrr/range specs as a delta from the supply rails

for the ad8610/20 the supply current plot shows rapidly changing ps current for ~ +/- 3V with a fairly constant slope above +/- 4 V

I really wouldn't expect the chip to meet specs in the Vsupply range where the internal bias currents are rapidly changing

I would be wary of using lower V "9V" batteries, or those that show considerable V droop as they discharge

even the standard 8.4 V rechargeable maybe problematic, the 9.6 V rechargeables would be my choice to guarantee enough ps V for maintaining the AD8610/20 performance specs as the battery discharges
