OK so i'm going to be getting the ad700s in a few weeks and I was wondering if buying the pa2v2 will help me get better sound? Or if you own the ad700s could you suggest another cheap amp that improves the sound..

I don't have personal experience with the ad700 but from everything ive heard they don't benefit much from an amp. Most cheap portable amps don't do much besides boost volume.

Do you think that it would improve an ipod nano or ipod touch sound?

Won't be that much of a difference, I imagine.
Find out how the Caffeine amp or the other cmoys compare to the PA2V2. You may find a better option(s).
