Now that I'm going to be working from home permanently, its a good reason to upgrade my listening gear at my desk.
I've currently got Audioengine A5+ with a REL Tzero sub, and Focal Elegias. These are running from a CEntrance DACMini until next week when my Burson Conductor 3R shows up.
The cans and source are new, but now I'd like to upgrade my speakers I think. The sub is good to go, I love this little sub.
What I'd like is some quality speakers with about a 5 1/4" driver, active/powered, and preferably a crossover for sub integration which the audioengine doesn't have.
I've come across the Kanto TUK and the Focal Shape 50. Any other speaker pairs that can be had that would be a worthwhile upgrade from my Audioengines? Looking to stay in the $1000-$1500 range or less.
