Yeah the Topping DX 5 lite is for all intents and purposes exactly the same but without MQA, buy from Amazon if you like.

And yeah, the Neumann KH 120 ii DSP is the model you want as in my link to sweetwater, but talk to them with your situation before you absolutely decide, they are very knowledgeable music equipment geeks and will see you make the correct choice with excellent after service.
You can decide to buy the optional Neumann MA 1 calibration mic if you like, again…….sweetwater will advise better than I can through a keyboard but it’s not necessary with such a good speaker to begin with, consider it the icing on the cake, that final cherry on the pie
