Actually I'll say what the problem is here and see what everyone else thinks!

ACS have a 1 year warranty in the UK , I've had problems with my earphones 3 times now, and had to send them back. They're just under 2 years old. They say the right hand side is out of warranty, the left hand side isn't as I had them repaired last October and repairs have a 1 year warranty on them.

I'm in the UK, and we are still in the EU, and I'm pretty sure under EU law you get a 2 year warranty from when you receive your product. And there's the consumer rights act. So surely I shouldn't have to pay for the right hand side to be fixed? This is the third time something's gone wrong with the earphones.

I can't just have one side repaired, and leave the other side!
