Anyone know where I can buy replacement dampers for my Shure SE 315 in-hear headphones?  I saw these links but they say nothing about 315 so even if one of them would work I'd have no idea which:

While I'm not sure if Shure sells the dampers, you can try reaching out to them via their web site or by phone. I found the following information on this page:
 

 Most replacement parts for Shure products are available through our Service Department. For information on purchasing these items, please contact the Service Department directly at 800-516-2525 ext. 3

eh I was hoping to buy them and install them myself rather than pay Shure $50 or more.  I see you can buy generic ones on Ebay...I guess I could roll the dice and try it.

I'm also wondering what the difference is between the colors here, I'm not technical with earphones and all the talk about frequency and what not.  Can someone explain the difference between each color of filter in lemans terms:

Although those are for SE535 I be they'd probably work in any of Shure's SE in ear models I'm betting.
