So, the sound was coming out kind of muffled from one of the buds so I tried removing them. The sound was noticeably louder without them, but also much harsher, so I tried putting them back, but they won't go back as well as well as they were (not that they were ever on very well in the first place) and even though it sounds fine, now I'm afraid they'll fall off into my ears. Also, they look pretty waxy. 
 
I use these things for over 12 hours every day, so I can't really have them be out of commission, and I can't seem to find replacement filters or anything. What do I do guys?! I love these headphones! I don't want them ruined...
