Are all AC USB chargers virtually the same? I have a 5v-700mA BlackBerry charger and a 5v-1A HTC phone charger. Can I use them safely for my iAudio 7?

They should. I use various mini USB chargers on anything that has a mini USB jack, including my PSP, XDA, GPS etc.

As walkingman said, the should all be about the same. I use the wall charger for my Zune 80 to charge my Sony NWZ-A818 w/o issues. I believe that as long as the voltage the charger puts out is 5v, you should be OK.

I use a 5 V charger from a phone that has a mini USB plug for my iAudio 7...works fine. Some of my other players(Creative,Apple) don't like this trick for whatever reason.
