dont feel like spending 30 bucks on apple's AC adapter. Anywhere else i can get a AC to USB adapter?

Jeepers, here's a $5.99 adapter...

However...
1. I have never tried this
2. I really do not recommend spending only $6 to charge my $400 DAP
3. THe connector almost looks like a Firewire one

Be very careful; plug it into your friend's iPod first

Yeah the single biggest thing that ticks me off about the 5G iPod besides getting rid of firewire (my G4 iMac doesn't have USB 2.0) is not including a power pack. And I don't want to pay $30 either, plus the $30 for the international adapters.

So I saw this thing in MacWorld (Jan 06) in a photo/ad for Maxell iPod accessories called "7-in-1 International Power Plug" which is not on their web site or anywhere on the web it seems. I e-mailed them to see about it -- looks like exactly what one needs instead of the Apple power pack. If I find them I'll let you know about 'em.
