Absolutely can't decide...HD280 or Sony V6/7506

I know Pink Floyd has some nice mp3's you can loop. I don't have that link on my laptop, it's on my home computer 2500 miles away. I'm sure someone else can post it.

Hmm........I had been contemplating getting a set of either of these cans, but there's not to pick and choose between them. I do like the idea of -32 dB of isolation claimed by the HD280's. What about the coiled cord issue? Do they short out after a few years (or less) of use?
