           We received some complaint about the scratch of E7's screen! 
 
           1, The first batch of E7 have not protective film, and we do received some report about the seratch!
 
          2, From the second batch, we had already put a protective film on the screeen so in case the scratch during the shipment!
 
             But lots of user regard "the scratch of the film" as " the scratch of the screen", so please just remove the film!
 
          3, From this week, we had send some free individual protective film with E7, so our dealler will ship the E7 with it! the new protective film is the same as the film make for iPhone, iPod and such etc!
 
          4, From the 4th batch of E7 (next month) ! we will put the protective film inside the giftbox!
 
 
        Depend on the data of sales, you may buy the 3th batch of E7 in the market now ! so just take care about the protective film!
 
         If you wants to get a new protective film, I am very sorry the film is free but the freight is too expensive so you need to pay it if you wants to get one!

I don't have any problems with mine, but i think the problem is the protective film is so difficult to peel off that most people don't bother or think it's part of the screen.

Hey, I just got mine today. I understand the scratches on the film but there were scratches on the jack outputs as well, meaning that it's not NEW. Do you have any explanation for this??
Also the protective film is very difficult to remove... I'm still struggling to remove it. Thanks

Hahaha, I did not know there was a protective film on the screen, I thought my screen was scratched for a year or so. Just took it off, flawless . I'm leaving it on for protection though.
