hi everybody,
I've a cmoy and a px100, used with my mp3 player, I just wanna know if its better to put cmoy's volume at higher level and then use the volume of the player or put the cmoy less then higher level...
Summarizing, what is the best choise of the cmoy volume level not to have distortion? half? higher? (on principal)

thanks

greetings

I'm certainly no expert and I don't have experience with a CMoy...

My take is that you should turn the volume on the MP3 player up to the maximum volume that has no distortion (somewhere between 1/2 - 2/3 volume maybe) and then use the amp volume to adjust up or down from there.

If your MP3 player has a lineout then use that over the headphone out.

Others might have more useful info but that might get you started.

Paul
