The other chip , not so sure http://www.cirrus.com/en/pubs/proBul...CS42L51_PB.pdf Found the second chip, it's some kind of audio switch from maxim: MAX4762, MAX4763, MAX4764, MAX4764A, MAX4765 Low-Voltage, Dual SPDT, Audio Clickless Switches with Negative Rail Capability

As for the amp, I believe it's on board the cirrus logic chip
