Hi for all. About A47 headphone amplifier, the best solution is a regulated (or unregulated?) power supply 0-24V with rail splitter and buffer, or a dual power supply (or unregulated?) -15V/0V/+15V without anything else?

IF your running the amp on AC power only, a real regulated dual supply. It's also the simplest option as you don't have to worry about the rail splitter and buffer setup. (which will never perform as well as a real dual supply, anyway).

You could use a dual secondary or center tap transformer and feed the output into a positive and a negative 12 or even 15V regulator. (Or, in the case of the dual sec. transformer, you could even use two positive regs...) :)

The power supply you posted will work nicely. You can use 12V regs instead of the 9V ones in the schematic. The psu has a proper ground and is regulated so hum probably shouldn't be an issue.
