Hopefully Maestro Starkers name will be familiar to many here.
I know it will be to lovers of classical music,for he is surely one of the greatest Cellists of all time. His style intense and technical though unlike many modern artists with those traits incredibly emotional and beautiful.
One of the true greats and one of the last remaining greats from the golden age of classical recording. Thank goodness he lives on in those beautiful recordings!
