I wonder how many people will have their budget in the red after the meeting. I will probably refrain from listening to anything more expensive than my pay check.

I'll probably try to listen to as many things as i can. But i don't think i'll go out and splurge. I can't afford it at the moment.

I think this is only a necessary strategy for those who have absolutely no impulse control. I have had a gloriously fun time listening to audio gear which would amount to financial suicide if I were to buy them. It doesn't make your own gear sound worse, it just gives you a better perspective on what is avaliable in this world.
