I was just thinking abut this. You know how creative always brags that their portables sound the best? Well I was wondering how the newest players(jb3 zen) can match up against portables that support lossless. In other words creative with mp3s, versus the competition armed with lossless. Honestly creative has their head too far up their ass to provide that kind of support for their players. Hell they've been making hdd players since 2000 and nothing yet. Currently their is a petition to try to force them to actually support their players. Probably will not work. Matter of fact I think I heard that the jb3 and the zen aren't even being supprted anymore. I don't know if this has been discussed yet... I do not have any equipment to test...

This isn't a fair test. Obviously the lossless files would be superior. You want to compare apples and oranges, rather than two different apples.
