i just received my dt990 250 pro and i need a sound card now
 
 
i looked for asus xonar stx and found that it dosnt support DTS which is used BR movies,is this true?
what about ZXR?i think it does support DTS and DDL
 
how it performs against stx in games/movies and surround sound quality?

Yes, the Asus STX or ST don't support DTS.
But their newer ROG series soundcards are more gaming and surround sound oriented and I see a lot of features around Dolby and DTS.
There is no mention of Dolby live though.
 
Creative ZXR is specified to support both DDL and DTS, as is its' cheaper sibling, the ZX.
