I'm under the impression that regardless of what IEMs I choose, I can put on any tips I'd like? For example, I decided to go with the DBA-02s over the RE-ZERO (realistically, I can't decided between the two). I just wanted to make sure that there aren't tips made for RE-ZEROs and then different tips made for DBAs and so on.

I believe they are different sizes.

dba-02 is smaller, around the size of shure olives (black foam tips made by Shure).
RE-Zero, if it's the same size as RE-0, is bigger, around the size of Sony hybrids or Comply T-400.

I understand that u're new here, but if you do a search on the forums you would find what you are looking for actually. Basically no, not all universal IEMs share the same nozzle, some are bigger, some are smaller. Generally for DBA-02, you would be fine with Sony Hybrids or Comply TX100 foam tips if u are looking for some aftermarket 3rd-party tips for additional comfort/fit. I generally use my M size Sony Hybrids on them for best comfort/balanced sound, or the included Tri-flange sleeves for deeper bass extension/reduced siblance to suit certain genres of music required.

I did try the search function and much browsing but I guess I just wasn't familiar enough with the terminology to successfully find the answers I was looking for. However, I have, since I posted this question, learned that there are different size nozzles. It is real good news that the sony hybrids are compatible, because those were the ones I was considering.
