I purchased a 1616m not long ago and just now using it. I have an issue, the second 3.5 jack out on the back is not loud as the 1st and 3rd outs. Is this normal? Also it's connected to 1rst out in the patch mix, if I turn off in the patchmix 1st out the second out shuts off too, but if I turn off the second out it does nothing, I mean the sound is still playing from the 2nd out.
What do I need to do to make it sound louder? Can you check with yours please(if you haven't done yet) maybe this is normal, although I don't understand why. Or is my card faulty? I can hear some clicks in the sound as well, not very often though.
