What is the area around the 5050 building, which is located in 5050 1st Avenue South, like? Is it safe? Dangerous? And is there a lot of public transportation available during after-midnight hours in the area?

I spent a good part of my life in Seattle. The area you will be in is fairly industrial area and is just North of Boeing field. It is not overly dangerous but I wouldn't wander around alone in the late night hours. I think there are busses that go by there but I would take a cab at that time of the night. There are a few places to eat and stay nearby but things get alot better as you head North towards downtown. Hope this helps
