The sound in my UE Triple Fi left phone is dramatically quieter. In the last 6 years they've gone through the washed three times and (now) I think somethings is broken inside.
The left speaker is quieter through most of the frequency range, but it's very dead at 13,000 Hz and up. I hear clicking in the left when sweeping through 13,000 Hz and up, yet I don't hear the same clicking in my right. I hear nice clean tone in the right speaker. I'm thinking my BA or crossover are shot. Im hoping it's just a cold solder or something.
Anyone know who can rebuilt/serviced them. Or stuff like the BAs or crossover specs?
I've contacted a couple of different custom mold companies, and they all said they don't service the speaker, they just build shells.
