Price would be the deciding factor.
From the specs, T300 should sound a lot better than T100 or 200 on redbook CD's b/c:
It actually uses a decent transport mechanism, CDM4
No resource-wasting stuff like the weak headphone out or pseudo-tube output stage (which was just 2 tubes tacked on at the end of SS output)
Quality Op-amps (OPA627 x 12!), though no op-amps would be preferable.
Eight! Burr Brown 1704K (premium) DAC's, used in parallel, somewhat like accuphase's DP75V series
Use of common tubes (6922) that allows real tube rolling. It uses 4 tubes, which is a clue that tubes are used for actual voltage gain and buffer stage, very different from T100 or T200.
But once again, what's the price?
