I hate to be blunt, but I think you are biting off way more than you can chew when it comes to replacing components.

I thought if you decided to undertake this project that you already understood that one cannot swap opamps willy-nilly, but now I see that might not be the case.

I'd suggest posting this in the DIY forum and see what sort of response you get.

I use E-MU0404USB with 3*LM4562MA (line out, headphones out). E-MU sounds better in this combination. Jrs2068\2114 are very sharp and bright. The sound with LM4562 is clear and very detailed. Bass became better.

P.S.: The most interesting combination became this-LM4562MA-line out, OPA2134+OPA2604-headphones out.
