Play around with different tips until you get something comfortable. Its also not the end of the world if the tip gets stuck in your ear. Happens to me a lot. Either use a fingernail to coax it out slowly, or use tweezers to pull it out. Also, you will learn to be careful about pulling them out, with practice. Try twisting them slowly to break the seal and stop the canal from sucking the tip back in.
