I've got M-audio IE-10s and the problem I have is that they fall out really easily, with all the tips. What I've read says that I should get custom tips to keep them in. I'm looking for a place where I can get custom tips made without going broke. I've seen averysound, but I'd like to see if it is at all possible to get them cheaper. I'd want impressions done by an audiologist. Anyone know of any other sources for cheaper? Google isn't helping me.

Lol if you want professional molds done by an audiologist, you're more than likely going to have to go to a company that'll charge you 125 - 150 to have the headphones set in to the mold. :/

Have you tried some Comply foam tips? They aren't customs, but they do form fit in my ear canals pretty well. I think the ones for the equivalent Ultimate Ears model should fit.
