My new SP1000 has 58 albums where the Artist is listed as 'Unknown'. The artist is definitely in the Tag. I've synced with JRIver Media Player; reset the player and drag and dropped files from Explorer, but the problem persists. I can't fathom what the problem is and it is a nuisance when a particular album is not included in the artist other albums, having to go to Albums-Unknown' to select it. Any ideas/solutions? Thanks
