I have a Kann with all my music on it in Apple Lossless - I cannot get it to play sound on my Simaudio 430 HAD through the USB connection.

I am not using the power port and bought a Moon Audio Silver dragon USB cable that has the right connectors.

I have tried PCM and DOP on the Kann and I have the right source on the MHA -

At this point I an not sure if it is the headphone amp, the cable or if it is impossible what I am attempting

Please help - I want the DAC on the Sim HA to do the processing not the Kann.

A review says your usb cable must be OTG capable to be able to do so. Maybe its your cable.

your usb cable must be OTG capable

If the Kann runs Android, it must be OTG indeed as this tells Android to be the USB host.
If I connect my Android phone USB-C - USB-B to my DAC, it won't work.
Using a OTG adapter, it does.
