Had a A&K 120 for some time and recently a friend picked up a A&K 100 player. His laptop is on the blink at the moment so I downloaded the software for the 100 player (not realising the iriver plus 4 runs both players), but since then I get a software is invalid when trying to plug in either the A&K120 or A&K100 player to upload some new tracks, weird!!!
 
 
Any help would be appreciated as I can't put any music on at the moment for myself, or my friend with his 100 player either.
