I'm looking for a good quality headset to use for gaming. I currently have a HD 555 which I do like but I need something that is wireless as this wire is not long enough for the living room. And I could do without wires, and I need something to chat with.

I would like something that is equal to the sound quality I get with the HD 555's. What would you guys recommend?

Sennheiser RS180 ($252) or RS220 ($500).

I've had the Logitech G930 before and it was pretty good. A step up would be the Astro A50s and they're really popular with the gaming crowd (though a lot more expensive than the G930's).

You can use the Sennheisers above and just buy a separate mic for them. What are you gaming on?

On PC you can simply plug any mic into the mic or USB port. On PS3 I'm not sure how it works but I know on Xbox 360 there are various ways to set up with some cans and a mic.
